My stay at Grand Park Royal Cancun was overall enjoyable with many highlights, especially the warm customer service from the staff. However, there were some downsides, such as average food quality and issues with pool chair availability. The really good service I experienced, particularly at the taco spot, made my trip quite nice, but the noisy environment and some operational hiccups left room for improvement.
